NEW ORIGIN! We’re thrilled to introduce coffee from Honduras to our menu. Sergio Molina is the heart behind Finca Agua Fria in San Sebastian, Lempira, Honduras. He’s known for his positive attitude and vibrant humor. Sergio is dedicated to producing high-quality coffee using traditional methods.
Finca Agua Fria is located at high elevations, enhancing the coffee's flavor profile. Sergio's commitment to quality is evident in every step, from hand-selecting cherries to processing, drying, and storage. He stores the coffee in his home before delivery to protect it from external elements.
We’re grateful to have built a relationship with Finca Terrerito, our connection to Sergio and his coffee. Finca Terrerito is a fifth-generation specialty coffee farm in Copan, Honduras. They source from their own farms and neighboring ones, focusing on improving the lives of their community members by building resources like clinics and schools.
