Brazil is back on our menu! Welcome to Fazendas Rodomunho in Tapira, Brazil, where fourth-generation coffee growers Renato, Thiago, and Rodrigo Corsi continue their family's legacy. This journey began in the 18th century when Rubens Corsi, of Italian heritage, and Elzi Faria, of Portuguese origin, traveled to Brazil in pursuit of land for coffee cultivation. After overcoming the challenges of the Black Frost in 1975, the family relocated to the frost-resistant Cerrado Mineiro region, where they have flourished ever since. Today, the Corsis manage three areas producing specialty coffees and are preparing the fifth generation to carry on their tradition.
